1. The normal working temperature of the brick machine is between 30℃ and 60℃, and the maximum is not more than 85℃.

2. The oil tank of the brick machine should be kept clean and there should be no debris. Dust.

3. Fuel tank oil level should be replenished in time as required.

4. The oil tank should be cleaned in time, and it should be cleaned one month after the new use, and then cleaned once every six months to release all the crude oil. The working environment should not have dust and debris, which should be filtered by 15um filter after precipitation for 24h, and then injected into the cleaned oil tank, and appropriate refueling. It is not allowed to pour the contaminated bottom oil back into the tank, and the working environment is not allowed to have dust and debris.

5, the circulating water in the cooler of the brick machine should be sufficient, such as water leakage should be treated in time, and the cooling water should be put down in winter.

6. Always pay attention to the working condition of the pressure gauge, solenoid valve and reversing valve of the brick machine, and solve the abnormal situation quickly.
